Ben Warne has spent the past six years in the non-emergency medical transportation industry striving to cultivate and manage business relationships, exceed customer and provider expectations, and improve the overall standards of care. Outside of work, Ben can be found on the golf course or with his family and friends. 

After spending five years in the US Marine Corps, Ryan achieved the rank of Sergeant and decided to leave military life for the corporate world. While finishing his Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Ryan fine-tuned his operational skills as an Account Manager with a logistics company. Now, he leads Patron with his extensive skill set. Besides expanding his knowledge, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife, Alli, and three dogs. 

Darrell has over 35 years of financial and accounting experience. His past ventures include starting and successfully running other businesses while strengthening his financial planning and management skills. During his free time Darrell enjoys fishing, hunting, and watching the Twins... when they are winning.

Tom comes to Patron Companies with a strong and lengthy consultative sales background where customer experience was central to his role. Prior to that, Tom was part of a non-profit community development organization which focused on strengthening community resiliency through small business training seminars. Outside of the office Tom enjoys kayaking, biking, and traveling with his wife, Maggie.
